Learn the techniques and tools of the trade as they were 125 years ago in the setting of an historical cabinet shop. RVP~1875 offers traditional classes to those who want to learn more about wood, tools, and the history of the furniture trade. Students build and take home one of three select pieces, such as a bench, bookcase, or trunk. These pieces are from the RVP~1875 signature line, which is based on rural utilitarian furniture made in Iowa in the 1870s.
